Planting Huarango forest in Peru

Huarango forest is one of the world’s most endangered habitats. Watch our movie to learn how A Rocha Peru is working with churches and other community groups to plant forests of native, desert-loving Huarango trees. People of all ages are getting involved, in the very arid coastal region of Ica, south west Peru, often creating tree nurseries in their own backyards.
